Soar Valley

Derbyshire Walks

Our walks can take place anywhere in Derbyshire but most may still be in the Peak District, that is up to the group members when they plan the walks. Walks usually between 5 and 6 miles in length, walking more in the hills than always up and over them. Walks are on the 3rd Thursday of the month, March to November

The walks will take in hills, moorland, river valleys and anywhere in between but will always be taken at a leisurely pace with time to rest, take in the views, possibly visit things or places of interest along the way and take photos.

A coffee break is taken en route and a pub lunch taken either during or at the end of the walk.
