Local History

Convenor - Barbara Newton

Meetings will be approx. every month, on a Tuesday and at various times to fit in with speakers. All are welcome

We are a relative new group and at the moment have monthly speakers to cover topics in which the group members have expressed an interest in. In the future, when more established we aim to form some smaller groups to research various Local History subjects such as Plaques and Memorials, KSIA, Stone Circles, Gravestones, Cumbrian Literary etc.
