TAI CHI
From April to October classes are not always weekly. Check below dates.
We meet in the school room of Skelmanthorpe Methodist, which we hire from 1.45 - 3.15, with the class running 2-3pm.
Please dress warmly. The heating is on but it is a big room and tai chi does not involve fast movements.
