Meditation

The aim of the group is to enhance our sense of wellbeing using traditional and evidence-based meditation practices.
The format we follow starts with a general chat and catch-up with a cup of tea, a discussion about an aspect of meditation, finishing with a guided meditation.
Everyone is welcome from absolute beginners to experienced practitioners. All you need is curiosity, a willingness to try the techniques with an open mind and a sense of humour.
The Group Leader is a trained and experienced Meditation, Tai Chi and Qigong teacher.
