History
We discuss history through the centuries.
We are a lively and enthusiastic group of people. Although we like to encourage members to take part in giving talks, it is not compulsory, and any participation is much appreciated. As a group we decide what subjects and eras we cover, and that has worked really well. Our membership stands at 33 currently so we still have a couple of vacancies left.
As the membership numbers have increased somewhat, we have more people to give presentations. Therefore this has given a much more variation of subjects in the talks. This coming term starting in September will be on the 1500s (16th Century) and this will cover worldwide history.
