What to Expect
• Welcome and 5 minutes guided relaxation meditation
• Talk and discussion on cultivating mindfulness (approx 20 mins)
• Meditation practice (15-20 mins)
• Closing comments and look forward
To cover room hire, it is proposed we contribute £1 a head each week.
