Mindfulness and Meditation
This group is currently meeting by Zoom on Mondays at 3 pm to 4 pm.
Purpose
• To practice peace of mind
• To deepen awareness
• To explore mindfulness and life
What to Expect
• Welcome and 10 minutes guided relaxation meditation
• A teaching and discussion on cultivating mindfulness (approx 20 mins)
• Silent meditation practice (approx 20 mins)
• Closing comments and look forward
