The Annual General Meeting for 2019-20 could not be held as usual in June 202 because the of the coronavirus pandemic. Important changes to the Committee were due to be made so it was decided to involve members in a virtual AGM which took place in July 2020. All members received information about motions for committee appointment changes and the accounts for 2019-20 by email or by post. All members were given an opportunity to vote either by using Survey Monkey or using a paper voting form. 77 members (27%) responded fully endorsing the proposals put forward. The accounts were approved and a new external examiner was appointed. New Committee members were appointed.
