Jane has been teaching Pilates for over 15 years and has seen just what the practice can achieve for one’s body. A certain level of fitness and flexibility is needed as the exercises will incorporate both standing and mat work. The group is suitable for Beginners and Intermediates and takes place on Tuesday's at Tinneys Lane Youth and Community Centre starting at 9.30am.
