Table Tennis

There are three Table Tennis groups, each meeting weekly on different days at the Youth Centre in Tinneys Lane, Sherborne. Each group plays for 1½ hrs.

There is a small cost per term, which goes towards the hire of the hall. A term corresponds with a school term.

We always play doubles unless there are less than 12 people. The idea is that we mix up as much as possible, so at the end of each game there is a general change around and by the end of the session players have usually played with or against everyone.

As there is no tuition, it’s better if a player has played before at some point, - no matter how long ago.

Table Tennis 1, led by Angela, meet every Tuesday afternoon.

Table Tennis 2, led by Annette, meet every Wednesday afternoon.

Table Tennis 3, led by John, meet every Monday afternoon.
