----- A year on from our last meeting, the Group's Q&A emails are still going strong reaching number 29. In recent weeks we have learned a little about Hythe resident Joan Catmer, a heretic burnt at the stake in 1556 during catholic Mary's reign, the first channel crossing by hovercraft, and the occupation of the Cutethorn families who lived on and around the Marsh in the 13th century. I also believe we have found the location of the early 19th century theatre for which Hythe's Theatre Street is named. Join us to ask questions and find some answers.
