Canasta

Canasta is a card game which was popular in the 50s/60s. There are normally four players to a game but we adapt it according to the number of players present.

Level of Knowledge Required
No knowledge is required to join the Group. We'll teach you!

What Materials Are Needed
The game is played with 2-3 packs of cards, which we already have.

How Many Members
There are about half a dozen members; therefore room for a couple more.

Where/When Meetings Take Place
Meetings take place in the Group Leader's home.
