The Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra has free access to concerts and live screenings, you do need to fill in a voucher, but it is free.

Curzon Home Cinema A cinema chain showing more "arty" type films which you pay between £2.99 & £9.99 to watch, streaming only and you have 48 hours to watch. A free one when you first sign in.

Project Gutenberg is a free to use site of books most of which are out-of-copyright. The books can be downloaded to your tablet, kindle or other similar device.

Audio Books for free is amazon's free audible books which includes some of it's paid for books You can only stream here not download.

Free Online Courses Enjoy free online courses from the leading UK and international Universities.This site offers many on-line short courses which are completely FREE. They are run by various universities and last from 3-10 weeks.Topics include Shakespeare, Exploring Oceans, Human Psychology,Writing Fiction, Ancient Rome, Ageing Well and there are many others. You can join the course, do as much of it as you wish,leave it if you think it is not what you wanted. There is absolutely no pressure.

Open University Many free courses from the Open University on all sorts of topics

MOOCS Stands for Massive Open On line Courses. This is a free to access selection of various University Courses on a whole range of subjects, such as the one below.

Researching your family tree This is a Strathclyde University course free to access on researching your family tree.

TED Talks These are influential videos from expert speakers on education, business, science, tech and creativity, with subtitles in 100+ languages. Ideas free to stream and download.
