Wellbeing Walks
Wellbeing Walks are primarily for members who wish to enjoy the outdoors but are somewhat limited in capability for whatever reason. The walks take place on the 3rd Thursday morning of each month in the Selby area. These are, in the main, level walking with good surfaces and not challenging. They usually conclude at a location where refreshments are available.
