I read an article in a weekend paper, about a woman who set one up for the winter months, so members could emerge into spring as ‘better’ in some way. The idea made me smile and the idea of using the hibernating season to reflect and grow seemed a very positive one.
This group is reading self-help books and will run over the winter months for a limited number of sessions. Group members will take it in turn to host the group.
It will run on the 1st Wednesday of the month starting in October.
