This group was originally a Nordic walking group. Therefore a number of people have Nordic poles.

We became a u3a group in August 2021.

We meet most Wednesdays at Sawbridgeworth Memorial Hall car park at 9.30am.

We walk for around about 4 miles in under 1.5 hours

Once a month we walk elsewhere.

We donate 50p per car to park at Sawbridgeworth Memorial Hall
