Churches and Pubs 2

Visits are made to churches, mostly within 20 miles of Salisbury. We look at the development of the church over time, the architecture, social history, epitaphs and memorials, stained glass and decorative details. Speakers from the church are sometimes available or we do our own research to relay to members at our visits. Members are encouraged to take a turn to select a church for us to visit and to book a pub where the group can take lunch afterwards.
