SUN ~ Sussex u3a Network
SUN (Sussex u3a Network) was a collaboration between local u3as throughout Sussex. It is now winding up in favour of less formal, more localised networks and clusters.
There are now two informal networks in Sussex that provide a meeting place for Sussex Chairs or other committee representatives to get together to discuss the highs and lows of running u3as, and any u3a-related topic: West Sussex Network (WSN) and East Sussex & Brighton Network (ESBN). Several clusters of local u3as have also started and it is hoped to set up some joint events e.g. study days.
We are in contact with East Sussex & Brighton Network (ESBN) and the The East Sussex East cluster group which consists of Hastings and Rother, Mayfield, Eastbourne and Wealden, Hailsham, Heathfield and Battle u3as.
