Visits are made to places of interest both locally and at some distance eg New Forest, Cotswolds, Norfolk etc and social events are organised such as the very popular lunches at the Hastings College Restaurant.

STUDY DAYS SUN (Sussex Network)

The return of the Tenterden u3a Study Morning !

These were suspended during the Covid pandemic but they will be returning on Saturday 13th April with the theme of "Rewindling".

“Rewilding – What does it mean in practice” Saturday 13 th April 2024 from 9.15 to 1.00 p.m. at the Sinden Theatre, Homewood School, Ashford Road, Tenterden TN30 6LT. Members of Rye u3a are invited to this study morning. An information leaflet and booking form will be going out with the newsletter. This is very much a hot topic of the moment and a number of interesting talks will be featured including from the Sussex Wildlife Trust, Rewilding Tenterden and the
Bumblebee Conservation Trust.
