VACANCIES: We currently have vacancies in this group
VENUE: Langham Village Hall
DATE AND FREQUENCY: Weekly, Thursday at 2.30pm. Each session lasts for 1 and a half hours
There is a small fee to cover the cost of the instructor and hall hire
The sessions are suitable for all as the instructor can modify the exercises for those with any specific health or mobility issues
No previous experience is required
No special clothing or equipment is needed, just wear something comfortable and flat shoes.
