VACANCIES: Places available? - Currently there are a few spaces in the group please get in touch and we will see what we can do.
VENUE: *In these difficult times the group has continued to meet "virtually" using Zoom. It's not a perfect solution but we can, at least, catch up every Monday morning to play some tunes together. *
As lockdown arrangements change we will be meeting outdoors in members' gardens.
DATE AND FREQUENCY: Monday mornings 10:30 - 11:30am.
DESCRIPTION: We are a small group of 6 players and we paly an eclectic mix of popular and traditional songs - please see our songbook index via the link on this page.
It is a big step for a player to go from solo lessons and practising at home to playing with other people but it is very rewarding and leads to a definite improvement in playing skills.
What is it? - A group who have been learning to play the Ukulele for a while and wish to develop further.
Rutland Ukes3A(The Cabin Crew) is an opportunity to develop playing the Ukulele in a small group of mutually supportive learners.
The aim of the group is to support and challenge more competent players.
The way the programme will develop is entirely in the hands of the members.
