Since commencing Sun Style Tai Chi for Health classes in June 2018 we have steadily grown in number and the Thursday class 10-00am-11-00am is now full every week.It has been a delight and rewarding to see everyone enjoying each week and developing their Tai Chi skills. The improvement in posture, balance and control of movements and breathing, and focus is clearly evident.
Such is the success of this group that Judith has recruited enough members to form a second class on Thursday mornings. Registration takes place at 11 am and the class lasts until midday. See below.
It is exciting that now some U3A members are to take part in Master Trainer led Tai Chi workshops and to become certified to teach and assist in classes. Tai Chi for Health programs offer exercise which anyone can undertake and can be done working within any existing limitations. It can be modified to suit the individual.
Judith is happy to answer any queries and can be contacted via the link in the top right corner of the page.
Judy is a trained and certificated instructor authorised to teach 6 programmes of The Tai Chi for the Health Institute.
