Using a Pilates Machine
It is suitable for people of any age and fitness, as long as you can get down to floor level. Anything you can’t do you can leave out.
I am not a qualified teacher but I have had my Pilates machine for quite a few years so have learned many of the exercises and am happy to share them with others.
A session takes about 45 minutes and can be carried out individually or two at a time as preferred.
Sessions can be carried out weekly, two-weekly or monthly as preferred but the most benefit will be achieved if carried out weekly.
