YOGALATES
Our gentle 90 minute workout for men and women combines the postures and breathing exercises of classical Hatha-Yoga with core-strengthening Pilates.
It aims to combat the diminishing of our range of movements as we age, and to promote instead the stretching, strengthening and relaxation which are vital to our continuing physical and mental well-being.
We are encouraged to select from our range of exercises those which we feel are most beneficial to us. We can then repeat them at home and gain full benefit by regular, frequent home practice.
