Yoga Group

Ross U3A yoga group have been meeting since November 2013.

Marilyn, the group co-ordinator, is a qualified and fully insured yoga instructor, as well as a retired nurse. Twelve intrepid ladies approached the first class, wondering what they'd let themselves in for. Luckily they quickly began to realize the benefits of yoga. It can improve your overall health, heal aches and pains, and keep sickness at bay. It will improve your flexibility, your balance and therefore your self confidence. It can control back pain and will improve your posture. It's very good for bone health, and increasing your blood flow. Each individual feels their own benefits, but above all everyone experiences a feeling of achievement and well being.

More members have joined us now. We meet at 11:15am every Wednesday morning, in the main hall at the Larruperz centre - there is plenty of space for new members. Come along and try it. All levels are catered for.
