Charity Management

Romsey and District u3a is governed by its Constitution and is managed by a committee of trustees. Each is a member fulfilling their role on a voluntary basis.

The trustees are greatly assisted by members who volunteer to fill a variety of roles. You will find details of these roles by clicking on 'Volunteer Role Descriptions' in the right hand Link panel.

An annual checklist helps the trustees to run the charity. Two versions are available: checklist sorted by month and checklist sorted by role.

The trustees determine the policies which the charity abides by. Our current policies are:
