We meet: At various times see below for the dates
Coordinator: Mike Driscoll
Our Activities: This is a group for members who wish to understand how to take better photographs (snaps) and learn how to use a digital camera and a simple computer image editing package. You do not need an expensive or sophisticated camera to take part.
Cameras: DSLR, Compact System, Four-Thirds, Bridge, Super zoom and Compact.
We have a beginners group who are taught how the various controls on a modern digital camera work and how to manipulate images in a simple computer editing package. Meetings are at the coordinators home.
We are also starting a more advanced group iSnappers but without a regular meeting schedule. iSnappers meet at Carers Together in Love Lane, Romsey. The beginners and iSnappers groups run from November to March.
Other activities that the group members participate in are extra workshop classes for the more experienced photographer during the winter months. Contact Mike Driscoll for details. Members are also encouraged to participate in the monthly field trips which run from April until November.
