We meet: Generally 2.15pm to 4.30pm, 3rd Tuesday of the month at Crosfield Hall Annexe.
Group Leader: Janet Moody. Roger Coffin manages the group's finances.
Our activities:
This group meets monthly in The Annexe at the Crosfield Hall. Members investigate and share knowledge on topics which in the past included the Colorado River catchment, Borders and Frontiers, What makes The Lizard interesting, and the geography, mineralogy and industries of Dartmoor. In 2024 the programme will include Volcanoes, Malta, Patagonia and Guatemala In addition we have taken field trips to Kimmeridge Bay and the Mells River Valley Somerset in 2022, the Trundle on The South Downs in 2023 and The Isle of Wight is planned for 2024.
