Convenor - Dawn
Venue - We normally meet in each other's gardens
Day and Times - We meet on the 4th Monday in every month in the morning.
About - We meet monthly at one of our houses (usually in the garden when weather permits) with the occasional trip to other gardens.
Some of our members have lived abroad and have interesting stories to tell of exotic plants and we all like to visit gardens when travelling abroad both in Europe and further afield so it’s always interesting to hear about gardens in other countries.
Most years we meet at a Garden Centre or similar for Xmas lunch though this often happens in January.
We sometimes discuss garden programmes (both tv and radio).
It isn’t necessary to have a big garden or have an expert knowledge to be in our group just to be interested and enjoy the friendly chats on anything garden-related plus of course nice coffee and biscuits!
