TAI CHI STYLE EXERCISE
We will be doing a gentle, beautiful and flowing exercise routine with soothing rocking motions and gentle stretching movements.
Even if you have limitations with movement come along and have fun exercising whilst keeping supple and fit, benefiting your health and relaxing at the same time! Quite a lot of the movements will be done sitting down.
All you require are flat shoes and comfortable clothes......no mat work is involved.
We meet in Allhallowgate Methodist Hall, Victoria Grove, Ripon, HG4 1LG, from 2pm to 3pm on Wednesdays
