Luncheon
Members of this group take it in turns to organise a lunch in a pub or restaurant in the local area. They take place on the 4th Tuesday of January, March, May, July, September and November. The usual format is to meet at the venue around noon ready to eat at 12.30. Menu choices are usually published and chosen in advance in order to obtain the best prices. A typical two course lunch with coffee/tea and including gratuity will cost around £25 - drinks are extra. Membership of the group is quite informal and no-one has to come every time.
