Meeting: As arranged – usually the second Friday of the month
Venue: Private house
Study Group Leader: Nigel Longman

Tuesday 5th April saw the premiere of the Group’s latest production ‘A Boatman’s Tale’ in the Education Centre of the Rickmansworth Waterways Trust (RWT). The film, which tells the history of the Grand Union Canal through Rickmansworth, was very well received and has been adopted by both Three Rivers Museum and RWT for their use.

It is available to be seen on Rickmansworth u3a’s YouTube channel - Please see below.

The Group will be taking a summer recess after the May meeting, resuming meetings again next September, when we’ll be looking at new projects for filming as well as discussing all matters to do with films and filming.

If you’re interested in participating please contact Jean Paddick in the first instance via the ‘Click to send a message’ link at the top of the page.
