49. Food For Thought Challenge 13
Our Challenge number 13 was to produce a variety of Spring Dishes.
Members produced a variety of dishes for our Spring Theme including:
- Spring lamb;
- Chicken & venison;
- Rhubarb both sweet & savoury;
- A variation on a Lemon Drizzle Simnel Cake;
- A traditional Ukraine Mimosa Salad.
