49. Food For Thought Challenge 13

Our Challenge number 13 was to produce a variety of Spring Dishes.

Members produced a variety of dishes for our Spring Theme including:

  • Spring lamb;
  • Chicken & venison;
  • Rhubarb both sweet & savoury;
  • A variation on a Lemon Drizzle Simnel Cake;
  • A traditional Ukraine Mimosa Salad.
