We all feel better after having laughed. It’s a wonderful feeling and helps relieve stress. During my Laughter Workshop, we’ll briefly introduce ourselves; followed by conducting some simple light hearted tasks. Hopefully, in no time you will be feeling happy and relaxed. There’s no joke telling or comedians. Just 40 minutes of chat, fun and laughter.
