Do you think you are fit? Do you have problems with balance? Do you have flexibility issues? Chair exercises are for everyone, giving a thorough, all-over body workout with a professional and qualified instructor.
Come and join our lively, fit and not so fit group of men and women weekly on Fridays 10.00-11.00 at Gants Hill. There is a charge of around £3.00 per session to cover the instructor's fee.

At last we can slow down and rest
With deep breathing and to test
Our stretchy arms and legs again
