Guidelines from the Third Age Trust are to continue to follow the Government and NHS advice on Coronavirus which is that from now on everyone should stop non-essential contact with others and adopt social distancing. People in at risk groups are to be shielded from social contact for 12 weeks. The Third Age Trust website on is full of information about how you can join in with events and groups on line.

Our monthly meetings have been cancelled for the time being but the following is information about them.

The U3A meets monthly on the third Wednesday of the month in the Village Hall. The doors are open from 14.00 with a speaker at 14.30. The current list of speakers is as below. Guests are welcome at our monthly meetings with an admission fee of £2.50 by arrangement with the Secretary on We serve tea and coffee in the Centenary Room where we also display information regarding groups, outings, theatre trips etc. We hope members will spend time looking at these.

Mon Oct 19th Monday 19th to Friday 23rd October 2020 Holiday to Torquay including the Royal Naval College.

This holiday has now been cancelled. It is hoped to run it again next year at a similar time. For your information the holiday should be the same as planned for this year.
