Standing at 68 feet the Grade II listed Rayleigh Mill is the highest in Essex and provides magnificent views across to Southend, South Woodham Ferrers and the River Crouch.
Originally built in about 1809, the mill thrived in the early 19th Century, being the place where corn from the surrounding areas was brought for grinding.
