Cheques and Payments

1. When writing cheques the payee address is: Rayleigh Grange U3A

2. Write your name & what it relates to on the back of the cheque.

3. For all payments whether cash or cheque put it in a sealed envelope with your Name & Trip name on the front of the envelope before handing it over at the payment table at the monthly meeting.

4. To secure a place on a trip a £10 non refundable deposit is required. Please note that we will only issue a refund of the deposit if there is a waiting list to replace it.

New and under trial and testing

Electronic Bank Transfer (EBT).

This is being trialled to try and cut down on the number of cheques being handled each year.

If you still want to pay by cheque, please continue to do so.

If you want to use EBT, you should have received the instructions on how you can do it, it is quite straight forward, but not for everyone.
