Please note there will be no yoga for the first two weeks of September. We will start again on Tuesday 17th and Friday 20th September
Yoga provides us with the tools to cope with the challenges of daily life, to relax the mind and to bring flexibility to the muscles and joints. Yoga is not competitive.
In a general class there will be breathing exercises, warming up movements, postures and then relaxation.
The most important thing is to enjoy yourselves and have fun.
