Local Talks and Social Events

The Events Committee will be organising a wide range of talks and social events. These will vary from small venues to large halls and will cover a wide range of topics. Your feedback will be welcome.

Talks Held in our Members Homes

Throughout the year we like to offer daytime talks in our member’s homes. We are looking for prospective hosts able to provide space and seating capacity for approximately 20 people. Full help will be available in setting up, preparing, purchasing items for refreshments and clearing up. All expenses will be paid. If you are interested in offering your home, please contact Vivien Summers on 01923 856728, vivienmsummers@gmail.com or contact a member of the Events and Outings Committee at the monthly meeting.
