October 2017 tasting
Our October 2017 tasting was a selection of organic wines from The Wine Society. They were:

White

  • Silbador Valle Central Chardonnay 2016 13.0% Chile
  • Chinon Blanc 'La Grande Ourse', Domaine de la Noblaie 2016 13.0% France (Loire)
  • Finca Lallana Verdejo 2016 13.0% Spain

Red

  • Tinhof Burgenland Zweigelt &Co 2014 13.0% Austria
  • Silbador Carmenère 2015 13.5% Chile
  • Aranleón Sólo Bobal, Utiel Requena 2014 14.0% Spain

We decided that the Tinhof was the best red but the Silbador Chardonnay was the best wine overall
