We will have a guided tour to experience the public dramas and private lives of Henry V111, his wives and children in the world of the Tudor Court. Admire Henry’s Great Hall, the infamous haunted Gallery and the Tudor Kitchens. You will also have time to explore the magnificent gardens by the River Thames. JAZZ CONCERT – CADOGAN HALL
80 years ago in October 1939, the two most popular names of the Swing Era met up at New York’s Carnegie Hall. Clarinetist and band leader Pete Long and his 14 piece orchestra recreate this hugely entertaining “Battle of the Big Bands” featuring such hits as “In the Mood,” “Sing Sing Sing,” “Bugle Call Rag”, “One O’Clock Jump.” This outing will be one for all our members who love jazz.
