Radlett & District

Creative crafts

Co-ordinator: Laura Woolfe

Location of meetings: members' homes.

Day and time: first or second Wednesday of the month from 2.00 pm to 4.00pm.

Each session is led by a different member of the group who suggests what we will make and provides examples, books and/or instructions for us to follow. We do not seek for perfection, but try out different crafts to see how we enjoy them and often surprise ourselves with the results of our efforts.

We have tried decoupage boxes, canalware painting, felt purses, calligraphy, corn dollies, pebble painting and more. We would like some new, members ready to have a go and share their skills. We usually bring our own materials and share them.
