Dance as if no one is watching
We meet on the last Wednesday of the month at the Parish Hall, 2-4pm. All are welcome, there’s no need to have any level of fitness, or any previous experience.
The idea behind this group is to “to explore dancing individually to different types of music; enjoying stretching and toning the body, responding emotionally to the music in a safe space”.
