BOOKING CONDITIONS
| Interest groups are for Preston Park U3A members only and therefore non-members are not permitted to purchase tickets or have tickets bought on their behalf. |
| A Booking Form must be completed and all details listed clearly. It is the responsibility of the member to check the closing date and forward to the relevant Convener by the due date. |
| A booking is not completed until payment is received by the relevant Convener. |
| All payments must be by cheque made payable to Preston Park U3A no. 2 Account - Cash will not be accepted. |
| Normally trip fees are paid in full, unless that trip information states that a deposit is required. Deposits shall be non returnable. However, if a trip is full prior to receipt of your application, your cheque will be returned. |
| Tickets will be available for collection at the General Meeting specified or a stamped addressed envelope may be enclosed with the Booking Form and cheque for tickets to be posted to you. |
