TAI CHI BEGINNERS
DESCRIPTION: Develop skills and improve your health, fitness level and total well-being through slow and gentle movement, with an emphasis on moving the body through a full range of motion. Our teacher, Ian Kendall, is a Tai Chi Union of Great Britain senior level instructor who has practiced Tai Chi for over 25 years, having trained in the UK and Hong Kong. There are two classes – beginners and improvers.

BEGINNERS: Meet weekly on Wednesdays 11.15 am - 12.00 noon in Knoyle Hall. Booked quarterly, approximately £48.00 for 3 months, payable in advance. Payable by cheque only to Preston Park U3A no.2 Account.
This class for beginners is a new group which started in January 2022. Interested participants are welcome to attend a taster class free of charge. Please note that you will be asked to fill in a health questionnaire and a liability waiver form.
