Tuesdays 09.30. Meet in Oakmere Car park.
Health benefits of regular walking are well documented and our Tuesday morning group tries to encourage people to walk with sufficient intensity and for a sufficient length of time. We meet in the car park and walk for an hour around Oakmere Park, Potters Bar at an appropriate level to achieve this. In the middle of the walk we do fitness exercises in the children’s playground for about 15 minutes.
Everybody is welcome whatever their level. It is good fun, relaxing and sociable.
