This Mindfulness group is only open to members that have completed an eight week MBCT course. It is also held at my home, so spaces are limited. I am full at the moment and don't keep a waiting list.
I also run a Mindfulness for Everyday Living| at the YMCA, on the first and third Mondays of every month, from 2pm to 4pm. This is drop in group and all member are welcome. You can see details of this group on the relevant page. But I'd love to see you there if you are at all interesting in investigating mindfulness. While you can make a commitment to attend every fortnight if you wish (and I hope you do), it isn't necessary, just come when you're able to or feel like. We'll all be very pleased to see you.
