Bird Watching (4th Wednesday)
The Bird Watching Group meets at the Community Centre usually on the 4th Wednesday of the month at an agreed time and then travels to a site of interest.
Below is a list of the trips we have planned for the coming 12 months. Those marked with an asterisk will be in conjunction with the Glamorgan Bird Club and may not fall on our usual date. You don’t have to be a member of their group to come on these trips but they do encourage it and membership is just £10 per year. See the link on the right for their membership form. They have the expertise our group lacks!

For each of our field trips sturdy footwear is recommended and, if you have them, bring binoculars, a small bird book, a drink and and a snack or sandwiches. The duration of each trip will depend on the weather and the bird life! If you need to be back by a specific time, please make that known before we start.
