Cost Normally £2 per session for hall hire & 50p for refreshments
Equipment Bring along your own table tennis bat but there are always bats available if you forget, are a beginner or would just like a taster session. Also, don't forget to bring drinking water and appropriate non-slip trainers.
This is the ideal group for those members who are looking to improve their overall fitness /coordination levels. Most people see an improvement in just a few weeks.
