Ponteland U3A have a General monthly meeting at 2pm in St Mary’s Church Hall, Thornhill Road, Ponteland on the 1st Wednesday of every month. At this meeting there is a speaker of general interest followed by a short business session and an opportunity for Group convenors to announce forthcoming events. The afternoon finishes with a cup of tea.

IN RESPONSE TO THE COVID-19 LOCKDOWN PRECAUTIONS OUR PHYSICAL MONTHLY MEETING HAVE BEEN CANCELLED FOR THE TIME BEING. FROM JULY OUR MONTHLY MEETINGS HAVE TAKEN PLACE SUCCESSFULLY AS ONLINE VIRTUAL MEETINGS USING ZOOM. WE WILL CONTINUE TO USE THIS TO DELIVER A REVISED MONTHLY MEETING PROGRAMME UNTIL PHYSICAL MEETINGS CAN BE HELD SAFELY.
